Let me explain you today a great story. Manolo is a 63 years old guy who I've met on the Santiago way. On Novembrt his wife passed away due to a cancer. They were planning to walk the way for many years but did never find time and due to the work it was always postponed and it was never the right moment, you know what I mean. Then the cancer came as all cancera do, unexpectedly. They even had bought the walking sticks! Manolo explains that for 35 years he's been very very happy, but he gets angry when he says that now that they were retiring and the time to give her back the time he always received, comes this "bug" (that's how he calls it) and takes her away. Then he's decided to do the way for her and says that he'll finish it cuz someone is pulling him.

Personally I believe this is a marvellous story and even more when is told face to face with watery eyes.

Avui us explico una historia genial. Manolo és un home de 63 anys que està fent el camí a Santiago també. Resulta que al Novembre va perdre la seva dona per culpa d'un càncer. Resulta que feia molts anys que estaven planejant fer el camí junts però no trobaven mai temps i per la feina ho anaven deixant i deixant, sempre perque no era mai el moment adequat, ja saps del que parlo. Doncs resulta que el càncer de la dona va arribar com arriben tots, sense avisar. Tenien fins i tot els pals per caminar comprats! El Manolo m'explica que durant 35 anys ha sigut molt i molt feliç, però quan més s'emprenya és quan diu que ara que ja es juvilaven i arribava el moment de poder dedicar-li el temps que ella sempre li havia donat, ve "el bitxo" aquest i se l'emporta (així ho diu ell). Llavors ha decidit fer el camí per ella i diu que l'acabarà per que hi ha alguna cosa que està tirant d'ell.

Personalment penso que aquesta història és fabulosa, i encara més quan te l'expliquen cara a cara amb els ulls plorosos.
